Yes, the Theatre is available for rentals!
Actors’ Theatre opens its doors to organizations and individuals for a wide range of events. During periods when the facilities are not in use for the Theatre’s own performances and events, the facilities are available for rental.
Here are answers to Frequently Asked Questions:
- 88 fixed seats; raked audience. Additional space for 2 wheelchairs
- Black box stage raised 6 inches; ramp available
- 2 upstage entrances, masking curtains available
- Dimmer board with 24 channels, lighting instruments,
- 2 sound decks, and 1 follow spot
- Dressing room, Backstage Restroom
- Use of Box Office negotiable
Rental Rates for Performances (*):
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: $150
Thursday, Sunday: $200
Friday, Saturday: $300
Includes full use of the above. Does not include gels, technicians, or box office/house staff.
Rental Rates for Non-Revenue Uses (*):
$35 in 2-hour increments for Meetings, Rehearsals, Auditions, and other non-revenue uses.
Includes use of space only with work lights and house lights. Additional charges apply with greater use of the facilities, upon discussion.
Rentals are made on a first-come, first-served basis, with 25% of the total rental charges required as a non-refundable deposit to hold the space.
Payment in full is due upon closing.
